Sushi Boats

Our signature offering. Custom boat-shaped boxes packed with nigiri, sashimi, premium rolls, rice, edamame, and all the fixings. Available in sizes for 2 to 8 guests, every boat is designed for sharing and built to impress at the table.

Bowls & Rolls

Fresh poke bowls with premium fish, vibrant toppings, and perfectly seasoned rice. Our premium roll selection includes salmon avocado, spicy tuna, cucumber, and rotating seasonal specials. Vegetarian options always available.

Events & Catering

From corporate team lunches at tech campuses to private dinner parties and celebrations, Sushi Boat brings the full experience on-site. Founder Jon Burns personally manages catering events across Silicon Valley, from Sunnyvale to San Francisco.
