Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sushi Boat Inc website (sushiboat.com) or placing an order through our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Ordering & Payments

All orders are placed through our Toast Tab online ordering system. Prices are listed on the Toast Tab menu and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Orders can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Please place orders early as availability may be limited.

Delivery & Pickup

We offer delivery and pickup from our location at 1026 W Evelyn Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. We do not offer dine-in service. Delivery availability and fees are determined at the time of order through our ordering platform.

Catering

Catering orders are coordinated directly with our team. Contact us at jon@sushiboat.com or (408) 256-0611 to discuss your event. Catering terms, including cancellation policies, will be provided at the time of booking.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products contain fish, shellfish, soy, and other allergens. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering. While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sushi Boat Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sushi Boat Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
